Thomas Dudley’s Disamatic foundry boasts
tHREE state-of-the-art moulding lines.
Thomas Dudley Foundry’s Disamatic 2110, Disamatic 131Z and Disamatic D3-Z-425 were installed in 2010, 2012 and 2019 respectively and together, allow up to 750 moulds per hour to be manufactured to CT9 tolerances.
Our Disamatic lines are also fully computerised and capable of holding 9,999 unique pattern recipes. Equipped with automated optical pouring, temperature control and automatic inoculation, they enable casting quality and consistency to be precisely controlled.
In addition, unlike most manufacturers, our Disamatic foundry is tailor-made for the cost-effective production of grey and ductile iron castings in low, medium and large production batch quantities.

- Up to 300 moulds per hour.
- High pressure +95 Db hardness.
