We appreciate the need to invest in the latest sand plant and equipment and to keep abreast of developments in the use of low expansion silica sand.

Bianchi and Laempe core making facilities allow us to design and produce highly intricate cores before undertaking core coating and drying in-house. As such, we are able to produce cores to the highest standards and most demanding levels of intricacy.

Unlike less specialised pump casting suppliers, Thomas Dudley can call upon our own Advanced Centre for Manufacturing to machine casting patterns on-site. This offers a degree of control, flexibility and cost-efficiency that is beyond most other foundries.

Chemical cleaning and boroscoping also helps to ensure that pump castings are delivered without surface cracks, defects and unwanted contaminants.
