As part of a major investment programme at our Tipton foundry that will exceed £10m, we are delighted to announce that our brand new Disamatic D3-Z-425 moulding line is now fully operational.

It has provided a 50% increase in production capacity and together with our 4 other lines, will allow us to manufacture over 1,300 quality assured castings per hour.

The D3-Z-425 has been built in a building close to the one that houses our Kunel Wagner line and together with Disamatic 2110 and 131Z plus airset capabilities at our nearby Dudley foundry, provide a unique ability to select the perfect production platform for each project.

A new 60m AMC has also been installed to provide extended casting cooling times for even greater metallurgical stability.
