In today’s increasingly competitive marketplaces, organisations need to work with iron casting manufacturers who can consistently produce quality assured grey iron and ductile iron components.

We have therefore invested heavily in the latest ATAS thermal technology. This enables a unique profile to be created for every grade of grey and ductile iron. The ATAS software then monitors every batch of iron as it is produced, highlighting any corrective actions on screen. Our operators are then able to finely adjust the composition of the iron to conform with the required specification before it is poured.

Our ATAS capabilities also offer a degree of accuracy that is beyond chemical analysis or CEL for unrivalled repeat-ability and material integrity.
