Our fully automated Pangborn shotblast machine has been specifically designed to produce an exceptionally high surface finish on castings
This robust technology fires high velocity steel abrasive at castings to produce an aesthetically pleasing, high lustre finish. The quality of this finish also provides an ideal preparation for castings that are to be coated, painted or enamelled to customer specifications.
The machine has the capacity to process 1.5m3 per load. Furthermore, customers have the reassurance of knowing that processing time is fully adjustable providing the flexibility to produce the perfect finish for every project.
