The global supply chain crisis that is causing deepening shortages of many products worldwide could continue for as long as nine months according to the British Ports Association (BPA) causing demand and prices to continue to sky rocket.

The average cost of shipping a 40ft cargo container is now almost 4 times higher than it was a year ago. Coupled with the shortage of lorry drivers, almost all markets are seeing prices continuing to rise.

TD foundry are feeling the bite of this crisis like many other industries and as such, further price increases are imminent.
